This is gonna be a long one. 1) The bot's description has no mention of commands or point of entry. 2) dictionary command uses urban dictionary and works outside of NSFW channels (urban cmd = nsfw). 3) The kick and ban command work with or without perms and DMs the user (even if it does nothing). 3) ping_me command will DM the user 5 times with the same given message. 4) destroy command abuses Discord's API by editing the message too quickly. 5) Lastly, this is only a suggestion for your moderation commands. If they don't possess the permission to use it then let them know via message instead of failing silently.

This user has had multiple issues with their bot, but this ban is due to their .suicide command in their bot and incompliance.
Their bot (VeliroBOT(@waxen ivy)) has a graphical .suicide command which is against Discord ToS due to promo/glorification of suicide. I've highlighted at the beginning of DMs with them about this, giving 48h to fix it before further action. They then not only argued, but lied that Discord T&S said it wasn't a violation, yet unable to provide evidence; eventually removed the command after 48h. Few days later, they went into my DMs with an ss of a DM from one of Discord Staff that stated "as long as your (command) doesn't break Discord ToS and/or Community Guidelines, it's fine". However, their bot was in fact breaking Discord ToS. 3 days later, the command was added back to their bot and the cycle repeated. Throughout, they have messaged multiple mods, pestering them, and I've noted 8+ times in DMs that his bot violated Discord ToS and they just kept going in circles.
