They just added the double decker freeway bridge, but you can't use it at all in any realistic way, since the game does not allow for stacking freeways, or stacking any roads when both are elevated. I don't see why this limitation should exist, as this is something that exists in real life.

Particularly the Bay Bridge in SF, where the two directions very gradually split off, or the portion of 280 nearby, or the old Alaskan Way Viaduct.

As it stands, the new bridge is sort of pointless, because you have to bulge it out so wide to get the freeways to connect, that you might as well have just used two bridges.

You can do this if you build the two layers snapping on top of a ground level street, as the pillars will change to ones that looks a lot like the ones in your photo. But the problem is the elevated roadways can't share pillars which means you end up with twice as many pillars as you need in a weird short/tall pillar pattern.
