I would love to see some older architecture brought to the game. I live in a city that's has alot of Victorian style homes and old red brick factories. I also think it would be neat to have a unique industrial zoning that could be zoned next to residential without causing problems. There are industries that are often found in the middle of major cities. Right in the heart of downtown, there's a factory right next to houses where I live and it's been like that for over 200 years. It would also be neat to see residential buildings and offices that look like old factories that were converted. I mostly just want to be able to tell the story of a city that has changed over a long history.
