It would be great if we can adjust individual building budgets rather than global. That way we can fine tune our expenses and adjust budgets to fit each location rather than the whole city. Right now the only option is to turn it off/on and I don't think that's sufficient now with economy 2.0

Maybe just controlling the number of employees/vehicles between a min/max would make sense. Inner City police station maximise. Outer urban/rural station minimise. The running costs of a building is apparently tied to the number of employees anyway.
