I think this is "as designed" but I think it's too much, 30%-50% of AIs are change lane on every node it passing, cross very wide lanes and create traffic chaos even there are no traffic in front of them.

I think there should be options in the settings (maybe call them difficulty settings) to adjust drivers ai from perfect angels to chaotic demons.

Also I think there should be policies such as targeted enforcement zones and increased/decreased fines to encourage or reduce certain driving behaviors, much like irl.
