Guardrails

Guardrails as a road/highway upgrade which can be added like sound barriers. By the way sound barriers really should be able to put on overpasses

I think guardrails should even be the default in EU theme. in the US, I haven't seen many guardrails but for highways, they are (seemingly) the default in Europe, I don't know of many stretches where there's no guardrails. it does happen, but not often.

I dont know of any country in Europe to allow certain roads as Highways be built without them, and also compulsory on secondary roads when theres a conflictive point or a strange curve

In North America we mainly only use them if there is a steep drop-off next to the road

In Slovakia we don't have them, at least between Bratislava and Trnava on D1.

This should be as easy as a road upgrade
