So, my downtown core (population: 95,000, with 180,000 city-wide) has 24,000 children. That means I need a minimum of 16 upgraded elementary schools... which don't fit so well in a downtown core.
Please consider adding schools (and other services) with smaller footprints so I can send my kids to school!
