idk, thats kind of a hallmark problem of city planning is how to replace roads that were built in like, 1880 and are now the middle of a major traffic infrastructure ya know? lol

I mean The easiest way is to remove the size of the front yard, or to mandate buildings must be built x number of feet away from the road
But the way the grid system works that isn't possible
