Give the mouse cursor more contrast when snowy conditions

The mouse cursor is almost impossible to see when there is snow on the ground and decent sunlight. I think there needs to be a "snowy mouse cursor".
It can surely wait a few weeks, but please add it to the backlog, pretty please

I would also like different colouring for different seasons. Like contour lines also are almost invisible sometimes. Also building lines while placing them in winter is almost impossible to guess.
