I've been focusing very heavily on having good public transport links across the entire city. Over 50% of the population is using it which I think would be a major success for any city world wide in all fairness.

Here's an overview of the public transport links.

I've got circular bus routes running from residential areas to industrial via commercial generally in an east-west direction with subways running north-south, generally, except for one line that does a full circle around the main body of the city.

The top right area is the newest, 2 subway lines that go pretty much the same way except one goes via the railway station and the other doesn't, but both lines keep within that small area. There is however 2 other lines, one running from the little peak across to the major bus station on the main part and then another heading down to the airport.

There's 2 bus routes as well, one going back and forth from the industrial area to the peak, the other going to the combined subway and rail yards (2 of each not including the other 2 subway yards in the south) into the newer area just to give workers some transport.

Taxi shelters are absolutely everywhere as well.
