#Detailed road editing

This picture says it all. i want to make these lanes dedicated turn lanes ONLY, and I want the road markings to reflect that. I know it's a lot to ask, but we have that ability in CS1.

We did not have that ability in CS1. It was only through mods. But I would love to see that feature exist in CS2
