Please have terraced housing available as both low and medium density. The existing terraced housing is set as medium density but it looks more like low density, at least the European models. Medium density would have to have 4-6 floors and take at be at least two zoning squares in width

I've noticed this as well. I think it could really help the game if we have a single family terraced house that is low density and fills that demand, and a separate mid density row house that's bigger and acts more like the current ones in game.

Totally agree at the moment you have to fill 70% of the area with suburb mansions (low density) while in real life in Europe most living in a city dont have such houses

Might be something that I'm missing but whenever I build those both low and medium density demand drops and I assumed they already count towards both.
