more granular disaster options

In the release version we only have an option to turn disasters on or off completely

Can we have more granular options so we could choose which disasters to turn on or off for that city?

agreed, maybe even disasters specific to maps, e.g. no earthquakes/tornadoes in the mountains or w.e.....
