Yeah, I can already see a mod getting made for this, but would be nice to have vanilla options to customize/remove the wires on train tracks, and to have a train model that doesn't require the catenaries as is realistic in the USA

Guessing this was a railway network recycle from the European style. Is slightly immersion-breaking. For NA, these would not be common outside of inner-city/regional rail.
