Barb and/or Janey will turn out to be working for the Enclave against their will, but likely doing so to survive. more likely Janey is potentially being used as a hostage against Barb… there's definitely gonna be people out there who'll theorise Barb was actually evil/apart of the Enclave knowingly all along… which i very much highly doubt… but… it is possible Barb's views on the post-war world will clash with what Cooper is (ghoul), amongst other things, which could cause a rift between the two (plus we still don't have the full pre-war story, but them divorcing definitely sounds like it was a strategic move… but then why allow Janey to be around him publicly? surely that would've been suspicious…?).

it'll turn out that maybe Barb is dead (whether from old age, murder, or from being subject to an experiment by the Enclave), or she's just elderly now, or maybe she was defrosted somewhat recently? but why and how…? that includes Janey as well. Janey could be an adult/teenager/eldery/dead too - perhaps even ghoulified, and Barb potentially could be as well, but i don't know.

maybe Janey and Barb never made it to the management vault. but that doesn't explain the card Barb left behind (i'm assuming it's Barb's handwriting), unless it was a deliberate plant by the Enclave for whatever fucking reason 😭😭 which i also highly doubt because why would they do that specifically? if Janey and Barb never made it to the management vault, where did they go then? perhaps the Enclave picked them up, likely by force, and took them to their super secret evil ass base for whatever reason they had - i don't fucking know 😭

• The NCR fight the legion on the streets outnumbered
• Phase Two of the Enclave’s plan is probably to raid Vault 32 and 33 to remove everyone inside or abduct them. Recreating the Fallout 2 cutscene of the enclave’s first appearance
• Quintus will have liberty prime built to fight back against the other chapters. The commonwealth catch wind of this and Elder Maxson himselfs arrives personally with the original Liberty Prime to fight back by the very last minute.

Maximus will definitely want to stay with the NCR and Lucy certainly may end up staying because she feels guilty for "allowing" this to happen - especially since Max, in response to her saying she believes it's her fault, says: "yeah. well, that's the wasteland for you." 😭😭😭.
