Bullet Storm is something that moreso applies to automatic, high magazine capacity guns. For something slower and/or with a smaller magazine (i.e. Gatling Gun, Plasma Caster, Harpoon Gun, etc), it's best to drop Bullet Storm entirely (Bullet Storm + Bringing the Big Guns + Lock and Load perks), and investing into Onslaught (Expert Gunslinger, Expert Guerrilla, Master Gunslinger (optional), and Master Guerrilla) instead
➡️ **POWER ARMOR VS NON-POWER ARMOR**
If you are using Power Armor, get rid of perks that provide Evade, such as Serendipity, Dodgy, and Evasive. Power Armor users should also re-add Traveling Pharmacy, as they cannot benefit from the Chemist backpack mod in Power Armor
