I’m experiencing an issue with the F4N-T.0M promo in Dofus Touch, where purchasing items in the Item Shop should grant 1 out of 4 parts of the cosmetic set.
Bug Report:
🆔 Ankama nickname: Tadla#5921
🌍 Server: Dodge
🐞 Bug description: I made two purchases during the promo. The first purchase (Starter Pack) correctly gave me 1/4 of the F4N-T.0M set. However, after my second purchase (1200 Goultines), I did not receive any reward. I’m unsure if this is intended or a bug.
🛠 How to reproduce:
Purchase a Starter Pack – receive 1/4 of the F4N-T.0M set ✅
Purchase 1200 Goultines – no reward received ❌

Could someone confirm if this promo only applies to packs/items and not premium currency? Or should I report this to support as a bug? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! 🙏
