8545 is the id of the incarnam dungeon key, that might be the problem

or was, the item doesn't exist in game anymore

Yes but i think i cant finish the quest where u need to empty the key chain. Its just christmas dungeons and this one missing

Its probably Moon Dungeon.
I just checked every Dungeon in an Excel list and thats the only Dungeon left
