still stuck without any response cant play or do something

im stuck as a ghost !
i died at the dragon pig dungeon and transform in a ghost
i payt no attention and leaved the phoenix room without used the phoenix.
now i'm in the maze (5x5 rooms) as a ghost and cant get back to the phoenix
you can leave it but not enter because the phoenix room is a standalone room

explain
the rooms are 5x5 so say a,b,c,d,e is down and 1,2,3,4,5 is left to right ( 1 extra grit phoenix room D6 )
when you stay for the phoenix room D5 and you go to the right where the phoenix is D6
you go to D1 thats how the maze works. but on the map you should go to D6 but no.
in ghost form you cant talk, teleport, or do anything else
im stuck and cant do anything
only wait on a respone of staffs or GM's
ps i readed that more people got the same problem on a frans forum

Guys, is here any GM?
I am stucked in Dragon Pig lab. I was ghost and I forgot to click on Phoenix. I had some lag and I move to the other map. So i am still ghost and i cannot reach the phoenix anymore. Server Epsilon and my nick is Karoro

So same problem as the previous guy 😦
