hover your mouse over the edge of a selected frame and drag

you can have one frame be two, three frames...

but you can't have it like be 1.5 frames

if you need it to be an non-integer number of fps frames....probs do it with code where you override image_index and manually tick it up

you gotta hover over the edge...does your cursor not turn into a double arrow?

you could also do what i did before i learned this, and that's to just duplicate frames
