After I was prompted to move my projects and moved my current one, I no longer can run ANY of my projects, no matter where they are. I cannot post the whole output, as it is too long. but it ends with

FAILED: Run Program Complete

There does not seem to be.

I rolled back to IDE v2024.2.0.132 after looking at the other problems people were having and it working so far so good. Thank You for your help
