After updating to the latest IDE/runtime, I'm unable to Alt+F4 out of my game. This happens both in the VM runner and the packaged ZIP/exe, both with the debug overlay enabled/disabled. Has anyone else noticed this? Did I miss a new setting?

For what it's worth, I have Allow fullscreen switching unchecked in the Game Options. So, even still, the Alt+Enter shortcut for fullscreen is not active.
