Hello There,

I cannot seem to locate my account that I have been charged for.

I have a rolling subscription and I am wondering if I am able to either locate the account or somehow find a way to cancel the payment.

Most I can suggest is by trying any emails that you've signed up with

Beyond that, there isn't anything we can do here since we only do GameMaker help, not account or subscription issues
