I somewhat agree with this buff, as RESISTANCE cards are pretty spammable, and the fact that it hard counters these type of effects related to "Did not start in your deck" makes them more inconsistent, though given its added power (thus increased healing), it should be more expensive, I'd say 2-3k would do the job.
