Maybe it should be 3k? I'm a little iffy about destroying a random enemy for so cheap. One one hand it can upset your tempo but on the other it is good value.

Doesn't this prevent you from drawing new cards? If it goes to the top at the end of your turn and then you draw at the start of your turn then you can't get a new card until you play this one.

Yes, so that means you have to use it right away, which is why it's so cheap.
