Smokescreen (and shock) is an archetype from a few expansions ago that never really grew up. It was rather slow though it could hit like a truck if it had room. This is the beginning of trying to build a smokescreen archetype for each nation.
First 3: Japan, Soviets, Polish.
Japan: Smokescreen and shock
Standard: Artillery, 0k. (0-2) 1op.
Smokescreen
Has +2 attack while it has smokescreen.
Limited: Infantry, 3k, (4-2) 2op.
Smokescreen, shock
Add a 'shadow strike' to hand when you destroy an enemy.
Special: Infantry, 1k. (2-3) 2op.
Smokescreen
Units with smokescreen in your hand cost 2 less.
Elite: Fighter, 4k. (4-3) 3op.
Blitz, smokescreen, shock
Destruction: Add a P1Y1 and Hirosaki to hand.
Soviet: Artillery keywords
Standard: Artillery, 2k, (3-2) 2op.
Smokescreen.
Move into the frontline after attacking.
Limited: Order, 4k.
Give units in your support line smokescreen and a random other keyword.
Special: Artillery, 6k, (5-3) 3op.
Smokescreen.
Cannot be targeted or damaged by the enemy while it has smokescreen.
Elite: 1k, order
This turn, friendly artillery deals double damage.
Poland: Smokescreen and intel.
Standard: Order, 2k, Intel 2.
Give a friendly non-guard unit smokescreen.
Limited: Order, 2k. Intel 1.
Remove guard from a target and give it smokescreen instead.
Special: Order, 4k.
- Units in your hand and support line gain smokescreen. If they already had it they gain +3 +2.*
