Please add something where you can get diamonds from completing challenges or something. The only way to get them is with money or winning iron tournaments. That is not easy for new players.

well... diamonds are mainly to get cosmetics, and getting those for free eventually is bad business
what could be done is add cosmetics buyable with gold, nothing too fancy, something like the HQs from the campaigns as skins for the buyable ones (or vanilla) and maybe some texture variants for table items-
