ngl, I dislike the design of decisive attack. It's kinda just an auto-include, and it has an uncontrollable 50/50 chance of whether you get even more value out of it

#

I kinda get the theme with pearl harbor, but it's not a balanced card at all, nor is it fun to try and deal with that level of randomness
