Was that a legit card ? never seen that. The Manchester had a troubled development so I chose to give it a Positive/Negative effect using the new production mechanic. It also has synergy with the Whitley.

I remember when it came out, thought it was odd that a British heavy bomber granted "precision bombing"

Judging by the image I'm presuming it had to do with the Tirpitz, but vs ships I think hand shenanigans are more thematic, and also more fitting for Britain
