I'm not sure I'm on board with this change, I need to test the place first

its a fair suggestion, you are spending extra credits in that turn, is only fair that you could keep it for an extra turn as long as it is active
I think that the easiest way is to consider the spending kredits to active the CM a "Use" of the card. The problem is that, if the enemy do not trigger it, it need to be discarded in next turn
They could change it to discard at the beginning of your next turn. That would definitely be the simplest solution in terms of coding
