After Austria Czechoslovakia was Hitler's second victim. However spirit of czechs and slovaks were't broken so easily and many young man fleed the country to fight nazi regime from exile. From soviet fields though british air units up to partisan uprisings and sabotages czechoslovak cards could bring new experience into game with air units in british RAF, partisan units or civilians sabotaging ammunition factories (possibly could be countermeasure: When active enemy's cards cost +2 to deploy). Would be interesting, but i think they could only be used either as commandos synergy or some kind of spitfire/bombers buff which would make them very specific subfaction hard to combine with others
