yeah, veteran units are still the same unit when they promote. they don't get new actions.

When a unit becomes veteran they still get to move if they haven’t already

#

Since this units veteran is non-conditional and turn-based

#

You are able to move (and therefore fight) in the same turn

#

Hence it acts like a tank
