Chaffee has been in the game since its release (being part of hte base set). Yet, it never sees play and is only seen on the board either for trolling purposes or from Partnership. It could use either one of there buffs:

  • Give it Blitz while retaining all the other stats
  • -1 operation cost, +1 defense (suggested by @rare roost)
  • Give it covert, its already 3k so i dont see why not. The "reveal" effect could be something like: "If in the frontline, add a copy with blitz" (suggested by ||i forgot mb||)

Hopefully one these buffs can be considered so chaffee can be playable

Of these the 2nd is probably the most likely/balance. Though I do like the covert idea.
The first one is insanely strong though.

The problem with Chaffee is that it’s a card that can fit very nicely in US frontline decks if buffed and simply put that deck has not needed a real buff in a long time

It could definitely use a buff buts it very hard to justify it while US frontline is quite consistently in the best preforming decks

Probably the best hope would be if it got a buff as compensation to a larger nerf to US frontline

it obviously needs Blitz, such a weak tank at such a low price should be able to get the frontline as soon as possible
