Without Commonwealth it's basically just a survival card that has no offensive value (other than a few seldom used Italian cards). And it's not even that good compared to say Glamour Boys.

Yeah, fortress is, annoying to deal with, but that's all healing cards, unlike Glamour I don't see it as something that needs a nerf
