while this may not be a problem for experienced players that might be able to easily get coins, i am mostly writing here due to my experience of this game as a mid player.
Yesterday, i've finished saving for three COVERT officer packs, and saving those moneys took me a lot of time. So, each officer pack contained 7 cards, so i got a total of 21 cards; where only around 10 were actually covert (So around 50% of all cards.). I do not agree with the idea of reserved cards going into the expansion pools, as one usually gets said packs for expansion related cards. I'll be advocating in this suggestion for a rework of the reserved cards; and some ideas regarding how they could be reworked (Remember that for each idea reserved cards won't be in expansion packs anymore). **1) Keeping reserved cards only in base packs.**This could be a good idea as those who get base packs usually aim to get cards from all expansions. Still, this would make base packs WAYYY more "generic". Since you don't really know what expansion cards you're getting, base packs could cost around 10 less than expansion packs, where the pool of cards is smaller and thus its also easier to get specials and elites. 2) In each expansion, have a pack only for reserved cards.(Tbh this is the worst suggestion) At times the demand for specific reserved cards coming back to the pool is high. Since the number of reserved cards is smaller than both expansion packs and base packs, it could be possible to raise the cost by 10. **3) Reserved cards act as the Reserve cards of the update's pool. **Knowing getting update packs and getting reserved cards is annoying, there could be a mechanic where reserved cards drop after a certain number of update cards. (I.e., before i get the reserved pool specials, i need to get 4-5 update pool specials)

Just a question, as your suggestion isn’t the first re: reserve cards in expansion card packs, what is the issue of getting reserve cards from expansion card packs? They weren’t in your collection so it’s still a positive.
