This card would be better as a polish card that can be included in French decks as suppose to the other way around. There are more buffs for being polish and for being non French.

If this seems less historically accurate, then why are cards like T-34 76 PL and the M4 Sherman PL not Soviet and American respectively?

Yeah, this card's exile is extremely confusing when compared to all other exile cards

Also, give exile to Yak-3 and make it French
