This first batch adds 28 cards, 7 for each nations (USSR, Mongolia, Japan, Manchukuo). This campaign is based on the soviet invasion of Manchuria.

China's a cool topic. I think that I'd China were to be added to the game it would have another exile style mechanic for many of the cliques and other governments and so down there.
Maybe the communists would be apart of the Chinese faction or whatever but have an exile for soviet?

Not sure if kamikaze is an appropriate card for this expansion. I don’t recall kamikaze attacks really being a thing with the IJA. Still a neat card though
