Empire strikes is a 4 cost order with special rarity. The text basically is the same as tora tora tora and it somehow is evaluated at 4k and not 2 despite being special and not standard. I think this is really a japan bias at this point. All the good stuff is always reserved for the country of the rising sun.
Gettting back to empire, i dont want to ignore any parts of the card so i am aware that the damage can be increased with bombers. Do you know which card can do that as well? Correct! Imperial decree! Do you know how much it costs? NOTHING! As i said earlier another prime example of japan bias. You get a 2k boardwipe that can be buffed for free!
Not only does the british counterpart cost twice! as much it also costs much more to set up all the bombers to gain an advantage. And after all the hard work putting down bombers you still run the risk of getting them removed and having an expensive tora in hand.
I suggest to buff the unfairly priced interaction by reducing the cost of all british bombers to 0 to bring them more in line with imperial decree. Now we have a kinda even playing field with a more expensive boardwipe, but at least you get some units in exchange.
