Eh, discard decks need hard tradeoffs like that or they become too powerful too fast. It's a high risk, high reward style, take it or leave it. You go through your deck fast with a ton of draw, and you are virtually immune to discard decks, easily one of the hardest counters in the game. It already has a lot going for it, doesn't need more.
