I have before stated that's the legions deck needed to be changed and my suggestion was that the underground state card become an exile for the Brits. I'm going to change that suggestion now to being the Karas.
The reasons being that with the change to the Battle mk I, the battle doesn't fit in the legions deck anymore and also the Karas fits kinda weirdly into the new exile deck.
I do believe that it belongs in the exile deck as a good draw engine in an of itself but also because of synergy with the new polish 2/3 bomber. To that note, I believe making it an exile would improve both decks a fair bit.
For obvious reasons it would help the exile deck by itself being an exile and therefor being synerginistically better but it would also help the legions by opening up two special slots that are desperately needed to be filled by other polish cards. I'm specifically thinking of Hel. You know, that legions card that you never see in a legions deck because it just not quite good enough to be included because there are more important cards that need to come first and there's only so much room in a deck. Also it's kinda niche with it's ability.
The last important change I'd like to suggest for now, and I have stated this before, is to make the blyskavica 3k order and agency africa less random. I get that they're using the randomness as the balancing factor and that it's mostly used for it intel in a legions deck anyway but the likely hood that it adds a bricked card to your hand is fairly high for a special. Especially in legions where you run the risk of seriously milling yourself from the draw of Tarnow and Karas.
