mass deployment is pretty good as is, although i like the change it does make it pretty random and its changing a card thats already good, instead of a card that is bad, like most other US elites

just wonder how it can be implemented, say if I get 16 Kredit slot and I may end up having 2 or 3 unit with total 10 kredit cost is meh

It's less than or equal to. The less than part only applies to the difference between the amount of space you have and the kredit slots
