first and foremost, you’ll need a pc, laptop or tower doesnt matter as long as it’s semi decent.
you’ll need a good mic, blue yeti is cheap for above average quality.
some high quality headphones i personally like the skull candy crusher anc 2 but you can look at other popular brands like sony and jbl.
if you’re producing your own music aswell you’ll need a keyboard preferably with a drum pad.
if you’re playing guitar you’ll need a audio interface i recommend anything from scarlett.
and lastly your softwares, i like ableton but fl studio and logic x pro (if you’re on mac) are good aswell.
it’s not cheap to make good high quality music. if you don’t have access to these things i would suggest continuing practicing and writing songs and once you are able to get these items you’ll already have a bunch of songs ready to be produced :)
it took me 2 years to get everything so don’t feel discouraged
