#

What mcp features are you talking about?

#

There are not new MCP features hidden in openmw which are only made available upon building it yourself.

#

I am almost certain that you actually just want to download the latest .49 RC from that page.

well if i can, how do i enable swift casting

#

because i already have OpenMW 49

true gazelle
#

That’s not built into any version of openmw, nor has it ever been.

#

There is a mod called QuickSpellCasting that can get close.

this build implements MCP features in OpenMW

#

my question is how to compile these files into a working game

#

ive already have the repo cloned but thats about it

true gazelle

This build of openmw is over eight years old

#

You simply don’t compile it into anything remotely useful

#

Because it is not

#

Fortunately the Lua api has progressed enough you don’t need to download random dead engine forks to do stuff like this.

#

thanks

#

just one more question could i possibly merge the MCP engine fork with .49

true gazelle
#

Not even close. There is eight years worth of work here, and at least one of these features is actually in openmw now

#

Repo is of zero use at this point

just a quick question do you know if i can use these animations with quick spell casting
