give robotic users the blue cyan color for their name for in-game text

I think it would be cool to allow players who have robotic to have a unique in game text color, being its a rare unlock, similar to how zeus has a light goldenrod yellow color to its name in game, and hermes is purple. I think it would be cool to also add a Clan Banner to it as well, similar to how Zeus has the lightning bolt, but its not needed

I was gonna say that robotic could use the same color that the role has, but i feel as its too close in resemblance to what admins have, so i figured this color is a pretty nice alternative

I’m personally not a fan of this change. Different coloured names in chat currently differentiate between players, moderators and admins. This is just begging for confusion.

However, it would be cool if we had the ability to give players different chat colours in game (not based on the avatar they wear) maybe based on scripts or something
