#Allow all keybinds to be changed

Some keybinds cannot be changed, for instance which buttons do left/right hand actions on controllers, and I can't see why they cant be, especially considering the other input methods can be changed for the same action

I think all key binds should be changeable aside from some obvious ones like the windows key (which is an easy way to get out of a full screen game)
