After placing a sign, game won't recognize swapping the block and will prompt text input

If you place a sign, then change the block your holding and place the new block, it will ignore the block in your hand and place a sign and prompt the text input. Placing the block a second time works again, just the first time after using a sign it won't realize you are no longer holding the sign.
