A complete ATM and Lottery system, complete with the corruption that comes with every monetary system!

Note: Some setup required. please see next post's screenshots on how to build and set up the ATM script blocks as a look at range

When players play the lottery, dumps an amount of money equal to 50% into the Mega Payout pool, and 25% of it into a world bank account because the rules are the rules and the facts are the facts, that even in video games you gotta' pay the tax!
