Fixed Second Wind's tier 2 increasing sprint speed by 1014% instead of 14%.
Major change: overclocks that were changed by CVO but still kept Vanilla stattexts have been updated.
The stattexts should more or less resemble actual CVO stats of those OCs now.
Bugs/features: Twin Fang and Twister have too many stat texts so they don't fit in the usual overclock stattext space.
I'll figure what to do about this later because stat text changing tech is still very flimsy.

DrillboyJenkins and I had problems getting Scoot OC's to work with CVO as a dependency, so we've reached an agreement in Discord DMs.
As such, CVO has absorbed two new Scout M1000 overclocks:
(Unstable) Capacitor Clips: -2 sec reload speed, x10 Focus Shot Charge speed, -7 clipsize and x0.7 ammo;
(Balanced) Butter-Knife Ammo: +71% Armour Breaking, -2 clipsize and x0.9 Focus Shot Charge speed.
CVO is no longer required for Scoot OC's. In fact, using them in conjunction might bring issues.
As these are completely brand new overclocks, you have to get them via normal overclock acquisition routes (Core Hunts, EDDs/DDs, as forge mastery reward etc.) then craft them.

Cryo Cannon: removed Tier 5 Fragile. It was bad in Vanilla but now more damage against grunt-type enemies contradicts my goals for the weapon. The Cryo Cannon is supposed to be a bit less efficient against grunts now.
- Nerfed Tier 2 Cold Radiance even more.
- Made small adjustments to freezing-related values for grunts and dreadnoughts.
Minigun: removed Tier 1 Magnetic Refigeration, added the cooling to the Thinned Drum Walls Overclock. - Buffed the Tier 1 RoF and Accuracy mods, nerfed Tier 5 Aggressive Venting (it's still stronger than Vanilla).
Thunderhead: the weapon shouldn't be a direct upgrade to the minigun anymore.

Supply pods will no longer reset the progress of unpacking the supplies since it doesn't make sense for all of that stuff to magically strap back in. You can use this to make very fast resupply times for mods with a lot of enemies.

Description:
- Changes carve size of nearly every material from (between 75 and 150) to 155. This gives the perfect size for making dwarf-sized tunnels to walk through.
- Changes hits needed to mine of nearly every material from (between 3 and 5) to 1.
- Changes carve size of gold left by a Crassus Detonator to 240, greatly speeding up crassus cleanup.
- Does not change the carve size of bismor, umanite, red sugar, hollowmite, magnite, oil shale, engineer platforms, or "worthless" crystals. These materials don't have the "PickAxeDigSize" property and I cannot change them.
- Does not change the hits to mine of many materials that take 2 hits. These materials don't have the "HitsNeededToMine" property and I cannot change them.
