I‘ve made the following changes (compared to his latest vision):
Base stat:
Damage reduced to 14.
Restored the weakpoint modifier (*1.15).
Restored the RoF (15).
Reload time increased to 1.5s.
Removed recoil change.
Mod Tree:
T1B changed the Stubby's electrocution effect to High Voltage Crossover's effect (better damage), reduced its chance to 33%.
T1C reduced the ricochet chance to 50%.
T2A removed reload time buff.
T2B increased recoil (*0.5), reduced base spread (*0.5).
Added T2C as reload time buff (-0.5s).
T3A restored the weakpoint bonus (+30%).
T3B changed to another ricochet option (+50%).
T3C increased stun chance (+30%).
T4B restored the electric damage bonus (+33%).
T5B added a damage resistance boost (-30%) for 2.5s.

NEW SMART ENEMIES OPTION:
- This system will make enemies spread out more, lead your position, cut off escape routes and ambush you around corners. Thus combat will be much more difficult without more enemies or direct enemy buffs.
- This has not been tested in multiplayer at all but is likely not prone to issues.
NEW LOW TICK ENEMIES OPTION (EXPERIMENTAL):
- This system will make various aspects of enemies be altered depending on whether or not they are rendered by the local player or close to said player.
- This system can drastically improve FPS when there are a multitude of enemies at the cost of some visual fidelity.
- This has not been tested in multiplayer at all and is prone to issues.

!!! HUGE CHANGE !!! - Massive revision of 53+ custom cave layouts that should fix all client vein desync. All evidence over the years points to this being the root cause and hopefully this resolves the near 3 years of aggravation this caused for all players!
- Fixed numerous issues that would result in some missions not being affected.
- Added support for S06 stuff as each mission has to be modified for the desync fixing system to work as intended.
- Added multiple extra data sync code changes. Hopefully this does not cause issues for clients.
- Added an extra method to ensure syncing before a client can load the cave. Hopefully this works as intended.

Addendum: same build as before but I fixed ragdoll destruction not working for the host. This mod update only works for S06 public experimental until the live build is updated!

ELITE POINT EXTRACTION:
- Implemented better Mini Mule spawning systems for solo and multiplayer to make them less numerous and thus reasonable. It is now a scaling chance for them to spawn for each Minehead after the very first.
- Added additional objective state for defending the Minehead and tweaked various text prompts.
- Added a failsafe for if the Minehead cannot be deposited into when it should be able to.
- Fixed an issue that caused the neurotoxin cloud visual to not work when launching the rocket.
- Fixed an issue that allowed players to deposit into a Minehead that they are actively defending.
- Fixed an issue that caused no event to spawn due to countdown ticks from other Mineheads.

CUSTOM CAVE CREATION SYSTEM:
- Removed several value changes that were potential causes for client desync as the game does not officially sync this information. Perhaps this is the remaining culprit?
- Fixed custom cave layouts not being the same if repeated or retried. They now abide by the mission seed. This also likely led to desync as clients have their own PLS seed vs the host.
BOSCO:
- Removed animation play rate changes to fix an issue where Bosco does not attack valid targets.
- Bosco now queries rocket blast radius to decide when it is best to shoot a combat rocket.
ELITE POINT EXTRACTION:
- Added back 30s for the grace timer before Minehead Sentries enter hibernation.
- Changed defense event text.
NEW WARNING - "TIER 10 - GRUNTPOCALYPSE":
- Basically for every Grunt variant that spawns, 2 basic Grunts spawn nearby. This effectively triples the amount of Grunt tier enemies spawning per natural spawn.

DESYNC FIXER SYSTEM:
- Removed forced value updates on a timer as it caused more harm than good, I think.
- Fixed a failsafe system possibly overriding already corrected information resulting in possible desync.
- Added support for active anomalies on the host.
- Various other changes to possibly resolve desync.
- Fixed Refinery and Point Extraction cave layouts using the incorrect cave creation system.
- Added a debug noise thing for clients to normal Point Extraction.
MISSION SETTINGS UI:
- Added support for toggling various anomalies on or off, only Blood Sugar can be turned off when it comes to vanilla ones.
ELITE POINT EXTRACTION:
- Reduced the spawns of the defense event to prevent absurd enemy spawns since they somehow ignore the enemy cap and scale worse if you don't get to the new Minehead ASAP.
- Removed half sized maps from the cave layout options.
- Added a lot of cave layout options for more variety now that Mini Mules exist.
