SUPPORT PODS SYSTEM:

  • (Fixed) Calldowns were free when called in by clients.
  • (Fixed) Calldown costs were able to be swapped by cycling to a different calldown while the animation played.
  • (Fixed) Mission Control dialog delay was affecting the time for a calldown to arrive, resulting in somewhat longer wait times. (Probably will become a new warning.)
  • (Fixed) Calldown Pods could cause some network issues for a period of time when falling to a new position. (At least that is what I believe caused creature flickering and desync.)
  • (Fixed) Calling down a Resupply Pod caused Mission Control to play dialog twice.
  • (Fixed) Calldown types were able to be cycled while still deploying a beacon.
  • (Fixed) Calldown costs could be free when ledge climbing or swapping weapons.
  • Unified the color coding for the baseline Calldown Pods.

DECONTAMINATION:

  • After about a year of troubleshooting I finally figured out how to get better spacing for map generation structures and actors.

I believe this would qualify as a major update, so version 2.0.0 it is!

This update brings big changes to the Zhukovs, M1000, Minigun, and Stubby, making them feel more powerful while keeping their main purpose in mind and ensuring nothing is too OP, as well as buffing several grenades, passive, and active perks.

note that the following changes I list may not be 100% accurate as my memory is not perfect.

Minigun, Zhukovs, and Stubby:
all 3 of these weapons have had their ammo counts doubled/functionally doubled (functionally doubled meaning that the MG and Zhukovs now consume only 1 round instead of 2), and damage/recoil (about) halved. This change is most noticeable on the stubby, making it feel like a true SMG. These changes should also apply to any modifications and overclocks as well. (some overclock values have also been slightly tweaked, but not noticeable enough to write down)

M1000:

  • Base damage increased from 55 -> 65
  • Base armor breaking increased from .3 -> .5 (30% -> 50%) (aimed to make the

  • Fixed an issue that made selecting/modifying the same mission to inconsistently update for clients.
  • Now has a random seed check to guarantee that the data gets updated correctly for all players by locally storing the most recent seed instead of relying on a different mission reference.

MAP GENERATION DEBRIS:

  • Fixed an issue that caused various debris for Warnings and Anomalies to not have collision consistently, when intended. Most noticeable for the Dumping Grounds warning.

ENEMY PERFORMANCE SYSTEM:

  • Fixed an issue that prevented this system from modifying enemy collision channels, which results in better performance when there are enemies.
  • Fixed an issue that caused blacklisted enemies to be edited, which resulted in unexpected behavior such as undamageable Rival Tech Shredders.

SPACE RIG:

  • Significantly reduced sudden PC usage when loading in with the mod.
  • Increased the performance of the Space Rig.

  • Increased network priority and min frequency in an attempt to make movement and other actions more consistent for clients.

RESOURCE CHUNK SYSTEMS:

  • Fixed several issues with the reworked logic that affected the network unintentionally and whatnot.

LASER POINTER:

  • Replaced class name text on pings with the player's name that is now class colored and slightly larger. This makes going to/finding a specific player's ping much easier.
  • Fixed several issues that caused the ping to not display a proper icon or other indicator for what was pinged.
  • Fixed several instances of the icon being incorrectly sized, invalid or colored wrong.
  • Made the ping text center itself and use much brighter coloring for better legibility.

Based range reduced from 20m to 10m (this was done because I couldn't figure out how to add a range penalty to defender system

  • Turns out, both the Victory and Failure screen music is the same file. I think, I may be a dummy. Either way, I removed the Night version of Misty Memory and replaced it with Merciful Broken Sun. Now you have some calm music after an epic ending fight! (or a catastrophic failure, idk)

  • Ambiguous Morality (I Portatori Dei Velluti Boss theme / Trailer song)

Overnerfed since it's overcompensating for the weapon too much in the base game but due to the weapon getting heavily buffed in the rework the ammo boost being +100 is fine. Instead of +33% max ammo it's +25% with the base weapon have 400 ammo to start with. With liquid cooling system giving +2 damage it's only fair for the ammo boost to stay the same as the original incarnation.
